Once was a time there were books on my shelf.
Now there is emptiness, sorrow and pain.
My thoughts they surround you again and again.

Over and over I see your face in my mind,
and I realize what we both left behind.

I’m sick and tired of my ups and downs.
I got no need for those demons to push me around.

You’re still in my dreams, when I’m alone in my bed.
Our love was much more than just a romance.
Why don’t you give us a second chance?

I’m gonna tear you out of my heart.
Tomorrow’s a new day and I will try a new start.
